1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of rp77rp is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rp77rp enforces a strict minimum age policy in line with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesian market. Any person under the age of 21 is prohibited from registering or using the Services.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. rp77rp is designed and operated to serve Indonesian players and is not intended to constitute an offer to persons in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under guardianship, or otherwise legally incapacitated, may not use the Services.
• Single account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on rp77rp. Registering multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of rp77rp or any of its affiliated game providers.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of rp77rp Services, you must complete the account registration process truthfully and accurately. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy at all times.
• You will select a unique username and a strong, confidential password, and you accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted under your account credentials.
• You will not share your login credentials with any third party, nor permit any other individual to access or use your account.

rp77rp reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. We may also suspend or close an account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rp77rp are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rp77rp does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion is offered on the platform.

Accepted deposit methods include: Bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant financial institution, typically within seconds for e-wallet transfers and within a few minutes for bank transfers.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. rp77rp reserves the right to extend processing time for security checks or during scheduled system maintenance windows.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts held in the registered Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• rp77rp reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency.
• Active bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• rp77rp does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

rp77rp offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion terms) before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Eligible games: Not all games on rp77rp contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a stated percentage (usually 10–20%), and certain game categories may be excluded entirely. Refer to the specific promotion page for contribution rates.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically seven (7) to thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Bonuses and associated pending winnings will be forfeited automatically upon expiry.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Abuse policy: rp77rp employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet hedging to clear requirements, collusion between accounts, and registration of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses. Detection of any such conduct will result in voiding of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and permanent account suspension.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on rp77rp are final once confirmed by the platform. By placing a bet or commencing a game round, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the relevant game or market and that you accept the displayed odds, house edge, or paytable in full.

• Sportsbook: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. rp77rp reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes, restrict markets, or decline bets at its discretion. In the event of a manifest pricing error, rp77rp reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win; one void selection results in the accumulator being recalculated excluding that selection.
• Live in-play betting: Odds on in-play markets update in real time. Bets placed during a connectivity interruption may be accepted or rejected at rp77rp's discretion based on the odds valid at the server-confirmed timestamp of the bet.
• Casino and slots: All outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game round is independent; prior outcomes have no bearing on future results. Return-to-player (RTP) rates, where displayed, represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
• Crash games: Payouts in crash-format games are determined by the multiplier value at which the player cashes out. Failure to cash out before the crash event results in a lost stake. No refunds are issued for missed cash-outs.
• Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are taken from officially published sources. rp77rp is not responsible for delays or discrepancies in third-party result publications.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rp77rp platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, any pending withdrawals frozen, and balances forfeited pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to fix the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data or software from rp77rp.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rp77rp staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the rp77rp platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game assets, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rp77rp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any rp77rp content without prior written authorisation.

9 Privacy & Data

rp77rp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used for account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and, where you have provided consent, personalised promotional communications. rp77rp does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp77rp and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether or not such loss was foreseeable or rp77rp had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or downtime caused by factors outside rp77rp's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, Internet outages, acts of God, or third-party system failures.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or displayed information resulting from data feed failures or manifest technical faults, where rp77rp has acted promptly to correct the error upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by rp77rp's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting rp77rp customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure (net of any active bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

rp77rp may suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect, and may withhold or forfeit balances, where we determine — in our reasonable judgment — that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, provided false information, or where closure is required by a regulatory directive or court order.

Upon termination, your licence to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination indefinitely.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp77rp holds its international gaming licence. rp77rp is licensed and regulated as an internationally operated gaming platform.

By using rp77rp, you agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Services shall first be submitted to rp77rp's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights as a resident of Indonesia under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation.
